Almonds are one of the most important ingredients we use to make our raw vegan creations at Que SeRaw SeRaw. These versatile nuts are readily available, reasonably priced and packed with protein, fiber, Vitamin E, magnesium and potassium. Would you like to learn how to make your own fresh sprouted almond milk? Join us on Tuesday, November 15, from 6:30-8:30 for Almond Milk Basics and Beyond.
Our group of up to 12 participants will start out making a fresh batch of basic almond milk. From there we will get creative using that milk to whip up several types of almond milk smoothies. The final treat will be a demonstration of our raw cheesecake recipe with an almond / date crust and almond / cashew cream filling. Of course we will be tasting everything along the way!
