It has been a very fruitful and productive time for us at Que SeRaw SeRaw. We have had a lot of fun experimenting with new items, and we have come up with a few big hits that we think you will love!
We created a limited edition Raspberry Cheesecake for Valentine’s Day. It was so popular that we decided to add this pretty pink delight to our permanent menu. The chocolate crust is filled with a decadent almond milk and cashew based raspberry cream, topped with crunchy cacao nibs.
Thanks to several requests for a raw vegan version of pad Thai, we are now offering a spectacular Pad Thai Salad. It’s a hearty, entree size portion of fresh chopped organic veggies and kelp noodles covered with a creamy sauce made with organic cashews, dates, ginger, lime, mint, cilantro, spices and Tamari soy sauce. You get all the flavor without the peanuts, refined oils, sugars and carbs. One customer recently raved that he felt “so energized and satisfied” after trying this new dish.
We are also thrilled to be one of the first businesses in the Bay Area to offer kombucha on tap! We now have a “kegerator” at our check-out counter, where you can pour yourself a fresh, bubbly glass of kombucha. We offer two flavors on tap, rotating between Gingerade, Trilogy, Strawberry Serenity and Gingerberry. We also have two sizes of beautiful brown glass growlers available. You can purchase a growler once and bring it back over and over again for a refill that won’t add to the landfill. GT Dave’s formulas are 100% raw and organic. Drinking kombucha is a great way to replenish your body with electrolytes, enzymes and probiotics. We will be sampling our flavors for the month of April, so come in for a taste!
