Our sudden shift to cooler weather means the fall sweaters are coming out and we’re shifting our menu to include seasonal favorites and some exciting new items! As temperatures fall and the days shorten, we are making recipes that highlight the warmer colors of seasonal produce such as squash, yams, apples, and pears, and we’re using more warming spices like nutmeg, turmeric, cumin and cayenne.
We’re getting rave reviews for our new Baja Burger Wrap, which features a hearty dehydrated veggie burger packed with flavor and nutrients from pumpkin seeds, sun-dried tomatoes, carrots, zucchini, fennel, red pepper, basil, ground flax and a delicious combination of spices.
On tap, we have GT’s limited edition fall blend, “Living In Gratitude,” made with apple and carrot juice, turmeric, and a fall spice blend.
On Fridays in October, you can look forward to a complimentary shot of CaCoCo drinking chocolate to brighten up your visit.
