We hope you will join us for our 5 Day Raw Challenge - it’s an extra powerful health boost starting Monday, January 20th. Participants will be able to pick up their freshly prepared food for the day anytime after 8:30 a.m. each morning.


5 Day Raw Challenge Menu


Day 1 - Monday, Jan. 20th

Breakfast:

  • Almond Milk Smoothie - choice of plain Banana or Banana with added Strawberry, Dino Kale, CaCoCo or Golden Mango

  • 1 Blueberry or Cranberry Scone

Lunch:

  • Pesto Pizza

Snack:

  • Sunflower Power Crackers and No Bean Hummus

Dinner:

  • Gazpacho

  • Kale Salad w/ Zesty Dressing


Day 2 - Tuesday, Jan. 21st

Breakfast:

  • Almond Milk Chia Pudding with Berries

Lunch:

  • Nori Roll w/Mock Tuna Paté

Snack:

  • Fresh Cut Veggies and Dill/Parsley Aioli

Dinner:

  • Creamy Cucumber Soup

  • Cauliflower Risotto Salad

Day 3 - Wednesday, Jan. 22nd

Breakfast:

  • Almond Milk Smoothie - choice of plain Banana or Banana with added Strawberry, Dino Kale, CaCoCo or Golden Mango

  • 1 Blueberry or Cranberry Scone

Lunch:

  • Thai Soup

  • Tamari Crisp Crackers

Snack:

  • 2 Powerballs

Dinner:

  • Pad Thai Salad

Day 4 - Thursday, Jan. 23rd

Breakfast:

  • Almond Milk Chia Pudding with Berries

Lunch:

  • Baja Burger Wrap

Snack:

  • Dragon Crackers and Rawkin’ Cheese Whiz

Dinner:

  • Sprouted Mung Bean Salad

Day 5 - Friday, Jan. 24th

Breakfast:

  • Overnight Oats with Fruit and Nuts

Lunch:

  • Poquito Burrito Bowl

  • Corn Tortilla Chips

Dinner:

  • Butternut Squash Soup

  • Hakuna Matata Salad
