New Fall Raw Challenge

We are thrilled to offer a new Fall Raw Challenge - a 5-day meal plan that will take place Monday 11/7 thru Friday 11/11. It's a wonderful reset before the busy holiday season really gets going.


We've designed a satisfying and nourishing menu featuring seasonal fall produce and warming spices. The plan includes breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner each day with an extra treat on the last day. We prepare the raw, plant-based dishes fresh each day and all you need to do is pick up your food each afternoon. You'll also get e-mail tips, recipes and resources from Kerry each day.

As an added bonus, we are partnering with two amazing woman-owned local businesses for the Challenge:


1. Dr. Debra Shapiro is an Ob/Gyn and Lifestyle Medicine Doctor specializing in Plant-Based Nutrition. She will offer a Zoom talk on Monday 11/7 at 7pm to discuss the benefits of raw and plant-based diets. Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance or just join the conversation to learn from Debra who has many years of experience helping her clients improve their health through plant-based diets.


2. Shelley Blockhus, owner of The Dailey Method Burlingame, is offering an evening candlelight barre class for all Challenge participants on Wednesday 11/9 at 6pm. All levels are welcome at this mid-week reset where Shelley will guide us through a gentle stretching and strengthening session at her beautiful studio.

Day 1 – Monday 11/7

Lunch:

· Fennel Arugula Salad w/Grapefruit and Avocado

· Butternut Squash Bisque

Snack:

· 2 Power Balls

Dinner:

· Nori Rolls w/ Mock Tuna Paté

Day 2 - Tuesday 11/8

Breakfast:

· Almond Milk Smoothie w/Banana and Dino Kale

· Cranberry Scone

Lunch:

· Pad Thai Salad

Snack:

· Tamari Crisps and Creamy Spinach Dip

Dinner:

· Vegetable Lasagna


Day 3 - Wednesday 11/9

Breakfast:

· Chia Pudding w/Blueberries

Lunch:

· Beet Salad

· Garlic Parsley Naan

Snack:

· Rawkin’ Cheese Whiz w/Fresh Veggie Sticks

Dinner:

· Thai Wrap w/Dipping Sauce


Day 4 - Thursday 11/10

Breakfast:

· Avocado Toast w/Arugula and Tomatoes

Lunch:

· Cauliflower Risotto

· Gazpacho

Snack:

· Apple Pie Bar

Dinner:

· The Right “Stuff”-ing w/Fresh Cranberry Sauce

· Hakuna Matata Salad


Day 5 - Friday 11/11

Breakfast:

· Sprouted Buckwheat Granola w/ Golden Mango Cream

Lunch:

· Kale Salad w/Zesty Dressing

· Thai Soup

Snack:

· Sun-dried Tomato Basil Aioli w/Corn Tortilla Chips

Dinner:

· Baja Burger Wraps

Your choice of Cheesecake, 24 Karat Kake or Chocolate Mousse Torte


First pick-up Sunday 11/6 will include breakfast, lunch and snack for Monday 11/7. Final pick-up Thursday, 11/10 will include dinner for Thursday 11/10 and all meals for Friday 11/11. All pick ups at Que SeRaw SeRaw between 4pm and 6pm.
