New Year 5 Day Raw Challenge



We're kicking off 2023 with fresh 5 Day Raw Challenge, running Monday 1/23 thru Friday 1/27! This is your opportunity to boost your health and reboot your system with the vibrant, energizing power of organic plant-based meals.


We've designed a brand new satisfying and nourishing menu featuring a rainbow of fresh fruits and vegetables, energizing nuts and seeds and flavorful herbs and spices. The plan includes breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner each day with an extra treat on the last day. We prepare your dishes from scratch each day, and all you need to do is pick up your food every afternoon. You'll also receive daily e-mail tips from Kerry, along with recipes and resources to help you continue on your own after the challenge.

As an added bonus, we are partnering with two amazing woman-owned local businesses for the Challenge:


1. Dr. Debra Shapiro is an Ob/Gyn and Lifestyle Medicine Doctor specializing in Plant-Based Nutrition. She will offer a Zoom talk on Monday 1/23 at 7pm to discuss the benefits of raw and plant-based diets. Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance or just join the conversation to learn from Debra who has many years of experience helping her clients improve their health through plant-based diets.


2. Shelley Blockhus, owner of The Dailey Method Burlingame, is offering an evening candlelight barre class for all Challenge participants on Wednesday 1/25 at 6pm. All levels are welcome at this mid-week reset where Shelley will guide us through a gentle stretching and strengthening session at her beautiful studio.


The first pick-up on Sunday 1/22 will include breakfast, lunch and a snack for Monday 1/23. The final pick-up on Thursday, 1/26 will include dinner for Thursday 1/26 and all meals for Friday 1/26. All pick ups will be at Que SeRaw SeRaw between 4pm and 6pm. After hours pick-up can be arranged from Sequoia Foods next door at 1399 Broadway.

· Poquito Burrito


Day 4 - Thursday 1/26
