Because Que SeRaw SeRaw is considered an essential business, we are able to offer safe pre-order / pick-up service. We have been busy revamping our operation so that we can continue to provide fresh, organic, raw vegan food for our community. We’re thrilled to announce that we will reopen on Wednesday 3/25 for take out orders with contactless pickup. Please see below for details and take care!!
How it Works
Customers can visit our online menu here to place an order and process payment.

Details
We will prepare the orders fresh each morning and pack the food in labeled bags.
Bags will be available for self-service pick from our fridge at the front of the store between 11 am and 4 pm.
Customers can have the option to provide a cell phone contact and receive a text notification when their orders are ready.
The online store will “open” Tuesday, March 24 at 6pm and order pick-up will begin at 11am on Wednesday, March 25. We plan to operate M-F with pick-up available from 11am - 4pm each day.
Place your orders between 6pm the day before and 9am the morning of.
All purchases MUST be made in advance online. To limit our exposure and maintain social distancing, we will not be able to sell items to walk-in customers.
Daily Menu
Each day we will offer a rotating menu that will include a featured salad, soup, dip or pâté and an entree such as a wrap or pizza. We will also continually stock almond milk smoothies, chia pudding, overnight oats, scones, crackers, cookies, cheesecakes, truffles and other desserts.

At Que SeRaw SeRaw, we have always strictly adhered to food safety guidelines, and we consistently receive top ratings from the Health Department.
In light of the current heightened risk of the spread of coronavirus, and in alignment with local, state, and federal requirements, we are taking these additional measures:
Only two staff members will work in the store at a time to allow for adequate social distancing.
Staff will wear disposable gloves for all food prep and change gloves between between recipes and any time they leave the food prep area, answer the phone, handle outside items, etc.
We will not have direct contact with customers.
We will not provide disposable cutlery.
We will wipe down counters with bleach solution thoroughly between each recipe.
We will wipe down door handles, countertops and surfaces where customers might have contact frequently with bleach solution.
We will continually monitor the health of staff members and their families.
We will ask customers to enter one at a time for pick up to maintain social distancing.
All orders will be paid for ahead of time - no cash handling or exchange.
