2022 5-Day Raw Challenge Announcement!

As we are busy celebrating the holidays and getting ready to welcome the new year, we are excited to announce plans for our 2022 5-Day Raw Challenge.

We are offering 20 spots for you to purchase our 5-day raw, plant-based menu designed to nourish you and help you re-boot with fresh start. Sign-ups will open in January, but you can send an e-mail to to reserve your spot now.

*The menu is designed to be balanced and satisfying for average-sized, active adults.

Price: $280 per person (10% discount if you sign up with a buddy)

Breakfast: Almond Milk Smoothie w/Banana and Dino Kale, Cranberry Scone

Lunch: Waldorf Salad

Snack: Avocamole and Corn Tortilla Chips

Dinner: Thai Wrap w/Dipping Sauce and Creamy Cucumber Soup

Day 3 - Wednesday 1/12

Breakfast: Maggie’s Overnight Oats

Lunch: Pesto Pizza

Snack: Rawkin' Cheese Whiz and fresh veggies

Dinner: Sprouted Mung Bean Salad and Cumin Cilantro Naan

Day 4 - Thursday 1/13

Breakfast: Almond Milk Smoothie w/Banana and Dino Kale, Blueberry Scone

Lunch: Pad Thai Salad

Snack: Creamy Spinach Dip and Tamari Crisp Crackers

Dinner: Vegetable Lasagna

Day 5 - Friday 1/14

Breakfast: Chia Pudding w/Strawberries and 2 Powerballs

Lunch: Cauliflower Risotto Salad and Gazpacho

Snack: Dill Parsley Aioli and Dragon Crackers

End of Challenge Treat

Your choice of Cheesecake, 24 Karat Kake or Chocolate Mousse Torte

Food will be prepared fresh each day, with pick-up in the afternoon between 4pm-6pm. First pick-up Sunday 1/9 will include breakfast, lunch and snack for Monday 1/10. Final pick-up Thursday, 1/13 will include dinner for Thursday 1/13 and all meals for Friday 1/14.
